Diese Auswahl kann durch die folgende Technik erreicht werden: Magnetische spermatische Trennung durch Annexin-V-S\u00e4ulen (MACS).<\/p>\n

Die Samenzellen, die den Prozess der Apoptose (Alterung, die zum programmierten Zelltod f\u00fchrt) initiiert haben, setzen durch Ver\u00e4nderung der Plasmamembran Phosphatidylserin frei (ein Phospholipid, das sich im Zytoplasma befindet). Phosphatidylserin hat die F\u00e4higkeit, sich speziell an das Annexin-V-Protein zu binden: Wenn wir das Sperma mit Annexin V inkubieren, das wir zuvor an kleine Metallk\u00fcgelchen gekoppelt haben, f\u00fchrt dies dazu, dass sich die mit den Metallk\u00fcgelchen verbundenen Proteine an die Membran der Samenzellen anheften, die den Prozess der Apoptose eingeleitet haben.<\/p>\n

Im n\u00e4chsten Schritt durchl\u00e4uft die Spermaprobe ein Magnetfeld, wodurch die an ihrer Membran mit Metall verbundenen Samenzellen am Magneten haften bleiben. Andererseits werden die gesunden Samenzellen selektiert und freigesetzt. Auf diese Weise k\u00f6nnen wir die Samenzellen, die den Prozess der Apoptose eingeleitet haben und die DNA-Fragmente aufweisen, von den vollkommen gesunden Samenzellen effektiv trennen.<\/p>\n
