The egg donation in pairs, known as ROPA, makes it easier for female couples to experience motherhood in a shared way. One being the genetic mother and her partner the pregnant mother, while both are the biological mothers.

Steps to follow
Ovaries stimulation and monitoring. It is usually greater than in artificial insemination because it tries to achieve a greater ovarian response.
Egg harvesting. At this point we proceed to pick the patient oocytes.
IVF-ICSI laboratory.
Fertilization of the eggs and selection of the best sperm sample from Fertilab’s own Sperm bank either by ICSI or classical fecundation. (Having our own sperm bank (Fertibank) is a guarantee of quality and safety for our patients).
Embryo culture with Embryoscope+.
Endometrial preparation. Preparation of the endometrium to implant the embryo (blastocyst).
Embryo transfer to the maternal uterus.
